I’m Justin Twyford - a business leader, writer, and speaker based in the beautiful Okanagan Valley - the wine country of British Columbia. My goal: to help organizations develop amazing and engaged teams, develop world-class systems, and increase productivity.

I do this by sharing my professional insights gained in 20 years of diverse leadership experience and education, as well as my passion for productivity and building and integrating successful systems.

In my spare time, I enjoy music, photography, podcasting, and spending time with my family and our amazing lhasa apso, Coco.
